The full amount invoiced will be payable on placing of order.
Please note, if an order is cancelled before the delivery of flowers, a reasonable cancellation fee of 30% will be charged taking into consideration of all relevant factors.
Please keep in mind that our customized packages take a minimum of 3-4 WORKING DAYS to arrange from date of payment.
Working hours are Weekdays 9-5. We are based in Karenpark for collections.
After receipt of your invoice, please mail us your proof of payment (to orders@flowercrown.co.za) for us to confirm your order as ACTIVE and to schedule your goodies to be ready by the time you need them by.
Delivery;
Where incorrect personal and delivery details have been supplied, problems or delays in delivery may result, therefore please ensure that you have included the full address details of the intended recipient and your daytime telephone number so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems occur.
